Farris
Cowart,
President and Owner, offers over 40 years of home construction and
development experience and has been a successful builder on Kiawah and
Seabrook Islands for over 10 years. In addition to managing the
financial side of the business, he personally cost estimates every
job, and oversees the building progress of each home. His unique
skills have proven to be ideal in not only providing our clients with
top quality homes but also maintaining good on-going relationships
with our clients long after their home is completed.
Bob
Frattaroli, Executive V.P. Business Development
is
primarily responsible for Osprey’s client service activities. Along
with Farris, Bob will work closely with all potential clients to be
sure they get exactly the house they want within the agreed upon
budget. Bob, who resides on Kiawah Island in an Osprey-built home,
directs his efforts and enthusiasm toward assisting clients in making
the best decisions for their particular circumstances as well as
maintaining continuing good relationship with them long into the
future.
Rose
Principe,
Marketing Director, is responsible for sales lead development, web
site management, advertising and marketing. She keeps communications
flowing between Osprey and our prospects, providing them with the
relevant information to make the appropriate design/construction
decision.
Doug
James,
Project Manager, secures and supervises our subcontractors in the
construction of your home. He schedules and monitors the work on each
home every step of the way. His talents, experience and work ethic
are strong assets for the team.
Sue
Suffel,
Project Coordinator, works closely with our clients to assist
in the selection and installation of items such as kitchen cabinetry,
lighting, plumbing fixtures, tile, etc. Her primary responsibility is
to work closely with our Project Manager to make sure that we
correctly install these selections. She communicates via phone and
email with clients to keep them informed of construction progress,
including sending digital photos. She processes all draw requests and
compiles and forwards payment histories. Sue is a tremendous source
of information for our clients who may not be familiar with the
building process.
Mary
Prince,
Financial Services Manager, makes sure that subcontractors, suppliers and employees
are paid in an accurate and timely manner. She also works closely
with Farris to insure the long-term financial health of the company.
